                Well guyz, we’re coming at the end scene now. This might be my (our) last post in this blog site, but we hope that we still able to write here, to give you some information about music and how it going on the world. We absolutly know that we might make some mistakes, we’re sorry. Ehmm, we must be thanks for our lecture, Mr.Uray Salam for made me (our) be one into writing this blog.

                Now, i just wanna tell you about what’s music itself for me. For me, music is a place which we can share anything overthere, we can put all of our mind overthere. Sometime i feel suprised to the other people, why they just like to enjoy the music, i mean that, why don’t they make their own music? It’s will be more valuable than we just enjoying other people creation. Even we knew that its good, but i think that we need also to try to make our creation by ourself. Something that you might feel, just share it with music, let the sounds keep your voice within.

The Musical of My Country

          Dangdut, I'm sure that all of you was already knew about this genre. Yeah, it's the real genre that was made in Indonesia. And indonesian people has a king of this genre, he is Rhoma Irama, the king of dangdut. Till righ now, there's no other people that able to replace him, even his son, Rido Rhoma.

          Dangdut was be famous also even to the western country like America and English, people in there was very apreciate this music. It was because they think that this's strange on there, but its good to heard, and able to make them dance or just shake their body automatically.
          But nowadays, young-generation of indonesian is not so insterest anymore wth this genre, they just love to following western genre, such as : metal, hardcore, etc. It was very regrettably, a country who was made this genre but started to lost their own genre. Even some people was trying to keep this genre by made some programs on TV, or contests in their region, but the dangdut's fans are not as much as the last time ago.

Music and language, we’re already knew those things. But did you know them well? Their connection and their influence in each other.

For example, in the metal genre, they usually use vicious word on their lyric. Why? It’s because they’re instrumental music is hard and full of bass and disturtion. At the other genre such as pop, jazz, even rock, sit use a low-word or a generally word.

                What is the language influence on music? Let me tell you, people whose has a great language knowledge will indeed to create a good lyric, even the instumental is migh not great also. A musician who choose pop as their genre mean that he/she are mastering their language system in the low-word. But the language also influenced by the experience of the musician. And those experience might to share in a song, or the other.

          Welcome back guyz, now is my las post about instrument. At last, let me tell you about the music's instument that able to be atunomous. We're already know that some of music's genre combining the music's instrument. But there's one instrument that can stand alone without the others. That's guitar and piano, it can be autonomous. We still able to enjoy the song that just played by a guitar or a piano.
          Actually, others instrument can be autonomous also. But majority of people not able to enjoy it. But when they heard a song even just played by a guitar or piano, its prove that guitar and piano can be autonomous.

Connection of Music's Instument

          Hello guyz, my last post was told about the expert of music's instrument. Did you had new knowledge? Now let me tell you about the connection of them in the sistematic sound, specially band.
          A band, we know that, usually they've two guitar, one bass, and one drum, and a vocalist of course. Now the basic relation is between their bass and their drum, why? because it have a same note on their key, at the basic, bass usually following the bass-drum. So if bass and drum has a great connection, that band will be great also. The next is following by guitar, and the last is the vocal. So when you've or make a band, make sure that the member of your band had a good relation each other.

This idea came from Indonesian Young Talent from Medan, Shine. Shine is one of contestant on Indonesian Got Talent, they combined the traditional instruments with modern instruments and make a new genre, they called Fusion Jazz Traditional.       Guitar, the most famous popular of musical instrument. How can it be? Because, by the guitar, you can show everythings you had and you feel. Analogically, guitar just like a white blank paper that we usually used to wrote something. Guitar have two kind of sentiment, major and minor. Usually when someone got sad, they're indeed to playing the minor. It because their brain was giving a great respone with that sound. And the opposite, when someone with happy feeling, they're indeed to playing the major. In my experience, it happened already, sometime i did it yet.

Guitar is kind of string instrument, they've six strings with the different tone in each of them. Guitar is a type of chordophone, the traditional instruments that made from woods. Guitar is most famous popular instrument of music, why? because it was easy to brough everywhere and it was able to made any kind of sound that we may not bored to heard.                 A musical instrument is a device who help to create sound. In a simply way, any object that able to produces sound, is a musical instrument. The instrument can also connected by the culture of the region or a country. For example, in Indonesia, we have Gamelan, Gamelan is he musical instruments that used in java. Gamelan usually use in a javanese ceremony party, Jaranan or Kuda Lumping, but nowadays it was combining with the modern instruments.

                    Screamo is one kind of music genre, it’s post-hardcore influenced subgenre of emo that was be trend on early 1990’s. In it’s development, it becomes more aggressive than emo. And now, some musicians are starting to combining with the other genre such as metal, electronica, and so on. In Indonesia itself already familiar with the flow since the early decades of the 2000’s, and it was growing rapidly and was be very famous began among teens to adults. Bandung city is a biggest musician for this genre, they’ve system on their relation to each other. They’ve been made a comunity fro their genre, a big comunity that copping almost of Screamo’s musician in Bandung.

                    The most striking characteristics of them is sticker from all their relation’s community that always on their keyboard when they’ve concert. And they always brought their keyboard on their concert althought it’ll use or not. according to the development of screamo in Indonesia, it adds some strange voice such as evil voice, but in the stranger level, they’re able to copy pig voice. And they can include it on their music well. When they’re at the stage and sing, they’ve their own characteristic movement,and they usually called ‘’ headbang ‘’. Headbang means that you’re shaking your head following the thump of the music that being played. At last, usually their appearance just like an emo style. And tend to like a girl, I’m not actually know how they thinking their style. Maybe they’ve a better feeling when they’re able to express their style by theirself.             In generally, Trashers is a person that have a fanaticism or love in something but they use their depression or stress to express their feeling. They may love music or something else, some trasher who love music may to write full of their depression on their lyric. But in fact, trashers are very different than haters. Trashers aren’t hate other people who work in art, they just like to express their feeling by their own ways. There’s some trahser writing, sometime I was included on there. Hehe J

                Did you know? Everyone in this world was already knew about the sound since long time ago. But our great-grandmother didn’t know yet how to arrange those sounds to change into a systematic sounds that we call as music. But they knew how to make a sound as communicate and entertainment. But just by the simple instrument like stone, wood, etc.

                Actually, music was already stay on all of our mind. Whatever we’re come from or whatever we’re skills or ability, music was already stay on our mind. The human brain have a little musicaly’s room on the side of their brain, particulary on their right side of brain. And that place can be an engine of human brain to produce and accept arrangement sound from the outside.

                When someone was listening a music, automatically they’ll napping their head slowly. That chase indicate that the musicaly’s room was accepting the sound from the outside. But some chase said, that not of musicaly’s room can be acceptable. Some people have their own preference on music, for example ; when a pop singer was listening a metal song, his musicaly’s room may not accept well the sound.

Indonesian music, at the first time is affected by foreigners. The first foreigners are from the foreign religion, Hindu-Budha and Islam.Hindu-Budha used music for their Religion’s ritual and the otherside was developing for Palace’s music as an show and entertain. Gamelan music is a basic music of it, it was very famous in java. Javanese music is basicly branching from Gamelan music, majority of tradition music in java had a Gamelan music colour. Gamelan music itself was consist of five groups ; Balungan, Blimbingan, Pencon, Kendang, Pelengkap. At the other side, Islam also has their own music ways in Indonesia, their music majority is comsist of Gambus and Rebana. From that chase, so we know that Indonesian music have some music group’s of gambus until right now. As far as I know, Islam also have including their music style to their religion such as Rebana and Gambus.

The second foreigners are come from West’s People that had a adventure to the East Side, include Indonesia. Their also give a colour in Indonesian music at that time. They have also their own instrument, for example ; violin, cello, guitar,flute, and ukulele. So as long as time flow, Indonesian people may able to combine them to be Indonesian music itself. At first time, we have a Kroncong’s music as Indonesian music.

1. Heavy Metal ( A music that we called Heavy-Metal )

            Heavy metal is one kind of subgenre of metal, but it’s not actually true.  Even heavy metal subgenre almost not included in the metal itself as referring to people who think as heavy metal rock. Yet just because their assumption is wrong.

2. Barbar Ways

Myth : Metal musician is a stupid people that didn’t abel to arrange a word.

            Here’s a little preception, some people said that metal’s lyric is simple and impressed to stupid. In the fact, metal’s musician is a smart and focus for their writing lyric.

3. Un-Religion Ways

Myth : All of metal genre is unrelogion.

            The majority opinion says that the metal band as hate religion, but perhaps it is true that they are only slightly distorting and lead to a religion, but don’t hate other religions.

4. Satanism

Myth : Metal promoted satanic

            Sometimes I think that some of the flow in the metal does embrace Satanism, let’s said, black-metal that tends to lead there. However the reality is very few of those who believe, they also dont’ promote it.

5. Criminalism

Myth : Metal promoted the act of criminality such as homicide.

            In fact, some of metal’s musician are able to have a contact with criminality. We can see from their song, they usually include criminality and sex on their lyric.

6. Sexysm Ways

Myth : Metal is Sexysm

            In the 80’s, this ways are creating to underestimate for women and sex. Underlayer gradually, this ways started to dissapear.

7. Facism

Myth : Metal is facism, racist, or have a neo-nazi views.

            They may said and believe this myth, in fact that metal’s lyric are indeed to it. But maybe, they don’t fully like it, and they have a specific reason.

8. Bad Affect to Boy

Myth : Metal music has bad affect to boy

            Some people may said that metal had bad affect to their boy, but they’re need to know that some people else are need their own ways to reduce their stress. And some boy might have a indeed to listen metal when they’ve tension. But old people said that metal broke their boy just cause of metal history.

9. Untalented Musician

Myth : Metal don’t need skills to played.

            In fact that metal and jazz are two kind of music genre that very difficult to played, the significan characteristict is a fully distortion, fast riff, and nature percussion. Some of them was very focus on it as if they wanna show their own character.

10. Just Albe to Scream

Myth : Metal’s musician just able to scream

            Some people opinion said that metal’s vocalist just able to scream, in fact, they must able to harmonize their voice to the music. And it was very difficult, maybe, people that said that a vocalist of metal just able to scream must try to it by theirself, so they’ll know the truth.
